Refund Policy

• Mistake in the your order,
  If we made mistakes. Sometimes could happen that you receive something else what you have ordered. When we make a mistake, we replace your order free of charge.
  If you have made a mistake in your order (misspelling or wrong design) contact us and we will reprint it free of charge. Please send the order back to our office (Ajooba Stationary, Shop 10 The Citadell, Business Bay Dubai) and once we receive we will issue the replacement. Sending the shipment back in this case in at the customer's expense and no refunds applicable to orders with errors that are made by customers.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your order within 10 days of receipt, we will fully refund the cost of your order. (without shipping charge).
