If we made mistakes. Sometimes could happen that you receive something else what you have ordered. When we make a mistake, we replace your order free of charge.
If you have made a mistake in your order (misspelling or wrong design) contact us and we will reprint it free of charge. Sending the shipment back in this case in at the customer's expense and no refunds applicable to orders with errors that are made by customers.
